The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has awarded Allegheny Financial Group a 2018 Top Workplaces honor for the third year in a row. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
Allegheny co-managing partner, Brandon J. Haynes, CFP®, stated, “We are honored to receive this award for the third consecutive year and thankful for our employees who help us provide such a high-level of service to our clients.” Co-managing partner, Jonathan A. Kuhn, CFP®, added, “The high morale among our employees and positive feedback we’ve received are a testament that they feel appreciated and supported by our organization.”
In response to a survey question about why they love their job, one employee commented, “I love the intellectual challenge from the work I’m doing and interactions with others. Another employee responded, “I love what I do, and Allegheny lets me do my job as I see fit while giving me the support that I need.”
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
