As president and a partner of the firm, Ms. Huffman is responsible for executing the firm’s strategic plan and overseeing the firm's performance relative to its long-term goals, aligning people, processes, and systems to support growth while maintaining a strong, client centric culture.
Professional Experience
- As chief operating officer and partner at the Haynes Kuhn (HK) Group, Ms. Huffman managed daily operations and worked with colleagues to build client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
- Prior to joining Allegheny Financial Group, Ms. Huffman served as the Chief Administrative Officer for MainLine Private Wealth specializing in the strategic growth and management of the firm. (2012-2023)
- Ms. Huffman has also worked extensively in higher education at Chatham University, Edinboro University, and the Pennsylvania State University.

- Over 15 years of financial services experience.
- Experienced in strategic growth planning, client and corporate-facing technology, client relations, operations management and business development.
Community Involvement
Actively involved with Allegheny College’s VISA mentorship program for students and young alumni.
