You have multiple options for your retirement assets.
You should discuss these options with your advisor to ensure you understand all applicable fees and services.
This can be done as a direct rollover of cash or a transfer of assets. You work directly with your plan administrator when processing a direct rollover. The administrator of the employer-sponsored retirement plan determines the paperwork required to process a distribution/direct rollover to the IRA. You will work with your advisor when processing a transfer of assets (TOA). A TOA is a non-reportable and non-taxable transfer of cash or eligible securities from one account to another account with the same (or compatible) registration and account type.
If your advisor needs any additional information or clarification, a member of their team will reach out to you in a timely manner. Please allow your advisor four to six weeks to complete your financial plan.
As soon as your accounts are established, you will be able to access them online in either of our two portals – Wealthscape Investor or Allegheny’s Client Portal.
Please reach out to a member of your Allegheny team. To access team contact information, visit the Allegheny Advisor pages and click your advisor’s image or name. A Contacts List is available on each Advisor’s webpage.
