Sherree Richards, Compliance Officer

Sherree A. Richards is the Director of Compliance and Billing at Allegheny Financial Group where she provides direct support to the Chief Compliance Officer. Sherree is responsible for developing, maintaining, and revising policies and procedures, along with monitoring and conducting reviews of the current compliance program to ensure compliance with regulations. She also coordinates regulatory examinations and inquiries.

Additionally, Sherree provides oversight of the Centralized Billing process, where she is responsible for coordinating the creation and proper application of billing policies, timely preparation of invoices, and collection of advisory fees.
