Allegheny Financial Group Co-Founder Hohman Honored at "Four"um of Financial-Professionals

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 26— Allegheny Financial Group principal and co-founder James D. Hohman, CFP®, has been presented an Award of Recognition by the Financial Planning Association of Pittsburgh. Hohman was honored at the Financial "Four"um on Oct. 8; an all-day event hosted by local chapters of the Estate Planning Council, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the Financial Planning Association.

The award recognized Hohman's service and dedication to the financial planning profession and the greater-Pittsburgh community. He and a partner founded Allegheny Financial Group 33 years ago with a commitment to providing objective, comprehensive financial advice rather than selling financial instruments or particular services. He has been recognized as one of the nation's best financial advisors by the magazines Money and Worth, as one of the top financial planners for doctors by Medical Economics, and as one of the region's top wealth managers by Pittsburgh Magazine. He has served the financial profession in roles such as president of the local chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning.
