Charlie is a counselor. He has assisted families, individuals, and organizations in planning their financial future and in taking the steps to achieve it. He specializes in retirement, college savings, and income protection. He has helped families who have needed to "catch up" as well as those that plan and save early. Mr. Wingert supports his clients' individual needs with a combination of personal interest and analytical expertise.
Charlie is a teacher. He uses simple presentations of complicated subjects to help individuals and organizations. Mr. Wingert has developed and presented financial seminars, has taught High School Physics, and has taught Sunday School.
Charlie is a financial author. He has written a series of financial articles for a professional organization's newsletter. Topics have ranged from the basics of saving, to portfolio design, college savings, and long term care insurance.
Charlie is a portfolio manager. Having guided non-profit organizations and individual clients in the investment of their funds, Mr. Wingert uses his extensive mathematical and computer background to optimize the design of portfolios in a unique way.
Charlie and his wife have three children and two grandchildren. He is an avid biker.
